Stephen, Looking at the recycled window numbers, the average you're reporting is somewhat misleading. The first window is paying all the cost (3.65 seconds for reply) and then all subsequent windows are seeing the benefit (1.23 seconds for reply.) Averaging that to 2.04 seconds doesn't tell the right story IMO. In actual usage, I don't really notice the first window is slower, I just notice that it's always fast now!
