I use Outlook at the office against our campus Exchange server. At home I use NS 6.21 (and now Moz .99) with IMAP against the Exchange server. This works well *except* for the treatment of deleted mail. The NS/Moz Account Settings provides several options on email deletion, including:
- mark as deleted--what precisely does that do to the mail on the Exchange server? - move to trash What I really need is another option--"Move to Deleted Items folder." That is the conventional "deleted mail" folder on the Exchange server. The effect of "mark as deleted" seems to be that deleted mail is lost, and the effect of "move to trash" is that deleted mail goes to my home machine's local drive. Thanks for your suggestions.
