Ok, I should have recognized the p7m as an encrypted message. But why was
it not recognized.
I think it is because I am the 3rd name on a list of addressees.
Apparently, Moz didn't just try the cert associated with the account.
Should my name have been moved to the top of the address list?
Netscape called it signed, but did not indicate the encryption.
