Some how some folders (a few not all) have become unreadable. I am able to read the file (through more on linux) that has the messages in them but Mozilla say it can find the file. It looks like the .msf file has either gotten corrupted or losted. Now how can I recover from it?
I am on Linux RH 7.2
Mozilla 9.9+

P.S.
I do not like this .msf file. Since it is in some form of database
format it is unreadable to me. I don't know how to make an entry or
remove an mail index from it.
