Sometimes this happens when your profile is hosed.. ie sometimes it comes up, sometimes it doesn't.. etc. Try a new profile. Next cleaning out the Netscape and Mozilla registry keys, re-install Netscape from scratch. the Next way to fix it is the following if you know what your doing: sometimes this happes when running too many builds.. or your OS has not been re-installed in long time.. I think partially that fragmentation of the OS files are to blame.. The registry keys are probably over populated.. and just may have other weird problems.. If you wanna, try formating the drive, re-installing the OS and your netscape version.. it s likely you wont have much problems after doing so.. this is a long term fix, usually clears up any problems. -Dennis
