Hi.
I just went through the process to get a thawte certificate, and it sent
me an email to retreive my personal certificate.When I click on the link (https://www.thawte.com/cgi/personal/cert/deliver.exe?serial=XXXXXX), it asks for my user name and password (which I entered), then asks for my device password (which I entered). Then NOTHING!!! (I get a blank window). I'm using build 2002040303 on WinXP. Any help would be appreciated. Karthik Sheka
