Actually, I am not so sure.  121215 seem to be about the sidebar state 
not persisting between runs.  123205 is about the grippy, and weird 
sizing related problems.

My problem is purely a functional one.  If you work around those other 
bugs and get a correctly displayed sidebar, some panels do not work. 
Eg, search and tinderbox do work, but the bugzilla panel does not.  In 
bugzilla, no XUL events are delivered, so none of the links work, and 
the "auto-select" feature of the text box does not work.
