"Save All" in c:\ not work !!

Hello,

I found an issue about saving attachments in Mozilla Mail.
If I want to save attachments in a message with "save all",
I choose to save in the c:\, Mozilla dosen't save them as 
my except. Mozilla save attachments in c:\program files\mozilla.org\mozilla\

This bug exists for a very long long time.
Hope it will be fixed in Mozilla 1.0.

My environment is Win98SE.
