Address Book Broken in RC2

I am unable to work with the address book in any way on WIN98.  Has the 
address book function regressed?  I could swear it was working a few 
nightlies ago.  I'm currently running "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; 
en-US; rv: 1.0rc2) Gecko/20020430"
