I agree with you Lee, it would be nice. You can right-button-select the From: address and select 'Compose Mail to' in the context menu, but the text does not come over. It would be a nice and simple option to also have 'Reply to' on the context menu. I think I used to do this in Eudora or Pegasus Mail years ago.
