If it's like most windoze apps (say "Word" for example), the Pgdn/Pgup 
keys don't move the cursor.  (Neither does the scroll bar.)

So, no matter how many times you page up/down the cursor is still where 
you left it.

So the next time you press the space bar, or an arrow key the cursor 
moves from its last known location.
