Hello,

There is a Taiwanese (Chinese Traditional) version of Mozilla for the
latest stable version, Mozilla RC 1 :
http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~b7506051/mozilla/
I think this version is made available as a "language pack", which
means you first have to install the English version, and then download
a small "language pack" which will change the language of the menus.

There were efforts in the past to do a Chinese Simplified version.
More information about this effort and others can be found here :
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/l10n/mlp_status.html#contrib

Hope this helps.
