Hello,

If you are having trouble with getting Mozilla to import your old
Netscape 4.x email, another program may come to your rescue: Mailbag
Assistant from Fookes Software (which also makes the famous Notetab
Pro text editor.) Mailbag Assistant lets you import and export a
variety of email formats. It is shareware. I have more information on
my MozTips site:
http://www.vorstrasse91.com/moztips/tips.html#email

For importing bookmarks, please check out my Profile help page, which
explains Profiles, which contain your bookmark files and email files.
http://www.vorstrasse91.com/moztips/mozillaprofiles.html

I am not sure why importing email into Mozilla is so tricky ... but I
can say that Mailbag Assistant has really helped out a lot, and solved
the problem for me.

About importing personal toolbar settings ... I am not sure how to do
that, or if that is possible.

Hope this helps!
