What is ROT-13? I'm not a new user anymore, but
I have no idea what ROT-13 is or why it would be important.
Yet I see constant complaints about it being missing
in mozilla.

The last newreader I used on a regulkar basis was tin,
in 93-94 time frame. Did it (and does it now) support ROT-13?
