Don't know about Netscape 6.2, But Mozilla 1.0.0+, build#2002051508, Win2K has an 
address book export.

abook.mab is the Personal Address Book (I think). Other address books are called 
<something>.mab
Again, this is with a recent Mozilla Nightly, Netscape 6.2.2 may be different.
