Error 437 Unwanted Newsgroup

I wanted to post this in the secnews n.m.u.win32 for a Moz prefs 
thread,  but was bumped with :
A News (NNTP) error occurred: 437 Unwanted newsgroup 
"netscape.mozilla.user.general"   Contact your Network Administrator. 
 (I guess that's Jay).
