A Mozilla guru will have to answer the "how to" part (if it's possible at all), but why not do this: Create two mail accounts with identical information and parameters except for the actual name of the account, and the smtp server. When you send from either, after the send you can easily move the sent message to whichever folder you like (if you'd want to keep them all in one).
