Well, I know that right before mail is retrieved in a pop3 session, mozilla mail sends
the command
"XSENDER 1" which is not a valid command, at least on my mail server. This causes an
error but of
course the pop3 connection moves on and everything goes as planned. As for SMTP
connections,
besides terminating the connection without sending a QUIT, SMTP works fine for me.
