If you want to import a cert, see Stephen D.'s response (there's an Import 
button on that screen).  However, it sounds like you're trying to /get/ your 
cert.  Follow the instructions from your CA to download the cert.  Moz won't 
necessarily tell you that it's fetched the cert; if you go to Edit | Mail & 
Newsgroups Account Settings | [account] | Security and click Select under 
Digital Signing, you should be able to select the appropriate cert for 
signing and/or encryption.

Please note the NGs listed below; they're actually the appropriate fora for 
user questions.
