?! -- How did you get it to do that?  For me, it always displays the time 
received in relation to /my/ time zone, which can be a bit of a PITA.  One 
of my wish-list items has been that there would be a UTC reference 
somewhere, but I that was quickly dismissed.

Which would be a way of saying, No, it doesn't.  At least not yet.  You 
might want to do a Bugzilla query and see if there are any out-standing bugs 
on that. . . .

BTW, please note the groups listed below, which are actually intended for 
user questions; the n.p.m.* groups are supposed to be for developer 
discussion.
