I'm having trouble accessing newsgroups with my server. Whenever I try I get the message.....Could not connect to the server, the connection was refused. Could someone tell me if there is a setting I could check that might be causing this. They tell me at my ISP that I'm the only one with this problem. Maybe it's just some setting in netscape. Could someone help me?
