Hi, In an attempt to prevent email address harvesting programs picking up my email address from news group posting (a well known rich picking ground for spammers) I often append something like NO-SPAM to the end of my email address.
For example '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' may become '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'. For legitimate users wishing to contact me directly it becomes obvious what my true email address is. Mozilla does not allow newsgroup postings if the email address is in this format, presumably because the email address is not RFC compliant or reverse DNS reverse lookup fails. Instead I have to revert back to Netscape 4.7 for newsgroup postings. Can Mozilla be made to allow this? If not is there another alternative method?
