I have 3 POP accounts on the same server. had them working with a single SMTP server entry with auth, using SSL always. tried to set up one SMTP server entry with auth and a different login for each, and it froze every time when trying to send mail. then I deleted all the SMTP entries but one, set as default, with auth and SSL, and it still froze.
set SSL to never, and it works. I think i messed something in the prefs, but i cant see it. HALP!! -Moz 1.0
