Do John and Jane set up their Mozilla mail profiles so that
they send their own distinct username and password to the POP3 server?
I am confused as to why the POP3 server would send everybody's mail.

Or is there only one account with one username on the POP3 server? Some
ISP's do that. They deliver mail for [EMAIL PROTECTED] to
all users who sign on to account_name. They don't sort the mail
according to the recipient before the @ sign.

(My ISP does do the sorting. I log in as account_name+mailbox_name to
collect mail for [EMAIL PROTECTED])

If the ISP does not sort, then there is nothing Mozilla can do.
You can use procmail on your Linux system to collect the mail and do the
sorting.

What do John and Jane use for their Outgoing mail server?
