OK, this should be easy to fix (I have been trying to switch over to Mozilla Mail for a couple of days now and I'm starting to itch for some convenience features :) ). It's a matter of config: Let's take your scenario; Three accounts, two of whom should sent email but never log on to fetch, one that is used to fetch email. Step one - setup all three accounts through the wizard normally with all the details. Step two - Change the server settings for the two aliases so that the pop user name is the one used for the real account, and uncheck the automatic mail checks (changing the user name should make sure you get the mail even if you by mistake do a general Get Msgs - the rules should take care of the rest - see hint). Step three - make sure you click in the account setting tab the advanced button and specify the same SMTP server settings for all accounts (you should have only one SMTP server for this scenario - I actually use 5 different ones and this makes things slightly more complicated). Setup the SMTP access parameters correctly. This should do it. Step four - setup filters in the one valid account that redirect incoming mail to the appropriate incoming folders according to whatever rules you like.
Hint: If you change the path in the Server Settings -> Local Directory setting you can setup the destination directory for all email files (db, filters etc. - I like my directory trees shallow ;) ). The filter file is called rules.dat. Simply copy it to the other account directories and reload Mozilla and you have the same filter rules in effect for all acounts. Hope I helped, V.-
