I have had the same problem several times when I've reinstalled the OS. Isn't it crazy that Netscape e-mail won't accept its own e-mail files, profiles, or address books. I'm seriously considering switching my e-mail software. Any good ideas? Is straight Mozilla any better or does it have the same problems? Eudora?- Does it import Netscape mail files and address?
