I just want to start discussion on a specific UI detail. While the spam filter calculates a "spam value" between -100 and +100 (and expected spam filtering threshold should be around +5) it was decided that numbers are too complicated for "the normal user". The proposed screenshots give low, medium, high,... radiobuttons/sliders as filter thresholds <http://www.mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/filters/#Junk> which looks a bit confusing IMHO. I don't think users would oppose a number slider from 0 to 7 and set the filter threshold via this mechanism. It looks much better that way. Other opinions??? Sebastian
