I haven't tried the rename, but I'm seeing the same issue with subfolders not showing up in Moz 1.1 for Win32. I'm running the UW-IMAP on my Red Hat 7.2 server, and my mail is all in ~/mail. I've got, for instance, the mbox file ~/mail/Lists/Mail/UW-IMAP, to hold messages for the UW-IMAP mailing list. I have the Moz IMAP namespace set to "mail" so that Moz only sees that directory tree, not all the other trees under my home directory. When I first connect to the server, Moz shows the Lists directory and the mbox files it contains, but nothing under it. When I'm using Linux on my desktop, I use Ximian Evolution for my mail client. (http://www.ximian.com/) Evo shows the whole directory tree just fine, so that puts the problem in Moz, not UW-IMAP.
