Seriously, I, and many others, seem to respond to a large number of
questions with just a link to your page. Maybe you should auto-post that
page, in text format of course, here a couple of times a week with a
Subject: something like, "Read this before asking the same old
questions" (OK, maybe something a bit more diplomatic and tactful?)
