Remove/Edit Signature in NT7.0 Mail

Hey- I'm new to Netscape, and I have to admit I like it alot.  One 
question: How do I remove/edit the default signature in Netscape 7.0 
mail?  I've looked around in preferences and can't seem to find 
anything.  Thanks!
