The problem you describe is definitely a serious bug,
and one that we'd want to get fixed ASAP.  AFAIK there
aren't any other reports of similar problems.

However, you should probably take a look at the proxy
meta bug 61691.  If you don't see something that matches
the bug you're describing there, then please go ahead
and open a new bug and add it as a dependency of bug 61691.
That way, we'll be able to better track such bugs.
