fetch a full page

any one has sample to fetch a full page (including HTML text and its 
embedded components) ?   TestProtocols fetches the HMTL, but not the 
components.  The HTML downloading, parser and components downloading 
should occur concurrently.  Any help and suggestions will be greatly 
appreciated.
