I've been testing Moz in a corporate environment since M16 or so and it
seems that there are still problems connecting to secure servers using
the "Connect" header to establish an SSL tunnel through the proxy. As of
0.9, the behaviour seems to indicate a problem reading the HTTP headers
(they get mixed in with the content). So, I finally decided to try
taking a look for myself to see if I can spot the problem. I have
written my own code to do SSL tunneling so I think I may have a chance
at finding the bug. The only problem is that I can't seem to find the
code there Mozilla is handling the "Connect". I have downloaded the
source for 0.9 as well as the latest PSM and NSS code. Can some kind
soul who knows the network stuff point me to the right area?
