Server socket support in Necko

Hi everybody,

I'm a newbie to mozilla/necko and I'm searching for server socket 
support. I already found some postings saying that other people would 
like to have this enhancement implemented as well. Is there anybody 
currently working on this (for example by entending nsISocketTransport 
or writing a socket provider)??? The Java implementation of a server 
socket in "mozilla/netwerk/testserver" doesn't actually help me... :-)
