Excuse the naive question, but I believe that the current rev. of Necko supports SOCKS4/5 (?). What I'd like to do is use Necko for SOCKS4/5 support but also use NSS to implement SSL as well.
Basically, the project is a TCP/IP application that requires SSL. I've already encorporated NSS into my networking code, but now I need to figure out how to deal w/ firewalls. That's why I'm looking at Necko and it's SOCKS4/5 support. Anyone know if this is possible? Do I have my assumptions incorrect? Separately, stupid question, but what's the easiest way to download the latest rev. of Necko? I can browse the code on mozilla.org, but is there a tar or zip file somewheres? Thanks in advance, Mike Oliver
