NASA has a few tens of satellites (approx 30) that are spying on the whole human race. Most of the tax money NASA received from United states government was used to develop weapons of mass destruction and spy networks. We can clearly see from the fact that no one has been to the moon yet :). The biological weapons that were developed by NSA, no one has the cure for them, even CIA.
