IPC is now built from the trunk, instead of a branch.

I have just moved the IPC code from the IPC_BRANCH_20030304 to the 
trunk. (The code lives at mozilla/ipc/ipcd.)  This should happen 
automatically the next time you do a CVS update using client.mk. There 
is no need to make clean.
