OK, there I get (in the JS console):
Signature Verification Error: the signature on test.xul is invalid because the digital signature (*.RSA) file is not a valid signature of the signature instruction file (*.SF).
Error: uncaught exception: A script from "jar:https://secure.arcamax.com/moztest/moztest2.jar!/test.xul"; was denied UniversalXPConnect privileges.
I'm not sure what the first one is and whether it would cause the second; cross-posting to crypto in hopes of getting an answer on that....
