Text sizes

Netscape and Mozilla for OS/2 often render text much smaller than the 
Windows version, so it becomes unreadable. Changing font sizes locally
in the browser isn't a good idea, since there are undesirable side 
effects and CSS fonts aren't affected anyway.
Is there anything to do about that?
