Version probably doesn't matter if the resource files are in the build
directory. I gather the tinderbox and default VAC++ builds are srctree.
Perhaps we should make the copy-if-objdir routine for wdgtres.dll
generic and move it to rules.mk since we need it for widget, gfx and
bootstrap.
