OK, new nightly build being uploaded.

Things fixed:

New timer fixes
Frame positioning
Trap closing dirpicker
Proper file system codepage conversions - fixes lots of national
character corruption
Proper positioning of DBCS IME.

Also, that XPCOM trap should be gone.
