This would actually require change to the browser, so it was not done for 4.X plugins
(on any platform)
Mozilla automatically converts APPLET tags to plugin tags, so a plugin is used for
Java (on all platforms)

We will probably use the same plugin as 4.61. If you take NPNULOS2.DLL and put it in
the Mozilla/Plugins directory, this error should go away.
