I couldn't agree more.  I thought I was supposed to install the 
milestone first and toss the nightly build in top of it.  I could swear 
I read that somewhere.  I won't even go into the weeks of messing around 
trying to get it to work.  I finally figured out (today) that I could 
just unzip the nightly build and run the thing.  Now that it runs, I'm 
so pleased, I plan on using it as my primary browser.

Folks don't need anything fancy.  A readme.txt would do nicely.
