In my preferences I have this home page specification:

  file:///d:\internet\www\skyehome.htm

which Warpzilla displays on the page url line as:

  file:///d%3A%5Cinternet%5Cwww%5Cskyehome.htm

(Curiously, if I open my home page with File->OpenFile the url displays
as "file:///D:/INTERNET/WWW/SKYEHOME.HTM".)

In this home page I use anchor tags such as

  <a href="#D_"> D </a>
  ...
  <a name="D_">

and when I click on the above D anchor, Warpzilla tries to go to

  file://///d%3A%5Cinternet%5Cwww%5Cskyehome.htm#D_

It doesn't work. I get a blank window.

(Curiously, if I do this with the home page that I opened manually with
File->OpenFile it works fine and goes to
"file:///D:/INTERNET/WWW/SKYEHOME.HTM#D_".)

The anchor tags work in Netscape 4.61 and 2.02.

Note that after I click on the anchor, Warpzilla displays 5, not 3,
forward slashes after "file:". I don't know if this causes the problem
or might lead to a determination of the problem. I also don't know if
Warpzilla's conversion of back slashes and colons to hex codes might
cause the problem. And it's possible that the %xx hex codes aren't
being interpreted properly.

Is this anchor tag problem a bug and, if so, how should I report it?
