0.81: How do I start this thing??

I downloaded
ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/ps/products/warpzilla/mozilla-i386-pcos2-vacpp-0.8.
1.zip and unzipped it.  There are NO instructions anywhere on what to do
next, so I tried launching some .EXEs.  But the furthest I get is:

[D:\install\mozilla-i386-pcos2-vacpp-0_8_1\bin]mozilla
SYS1804: The system cannot find the file MOZRMI36.

There's no MOZRMI36.* anywhere.

I'm obviously missing something basic, but since there's no **&@$^%#*$
documentation, I don't know what it is!!!!
