Hello Keith,
you could try out some local proxy on your machine.
E.g. SmartCache has an option to change your browser
identification. You find it on Hobbes, look for
scacheXXX.zip, where XXX is a version number.
This doesn't help, if the check is done using
JavaScript. Then only a complaint to your bank
would help (or changing netscape.exe with a
hexeditor).
