It does it when you click on a web link or when you give full path as url
e.g. ftp://ftp.test.com/123.zip
then it would strat downloading file 123.zip
but when you enter ftp://ftp.mozilla.org alone
either you see a empty directory listing or only the half of the entrys
there.
