I deleted everything Mozilla, copying from new zip, ran the object
creator cmd file, and clicked on Warpzilla object. I chose the profile I
wanted for migration, and opened Mozilla Messenger, just the way the
migrated profile did based upon the preferences setting. Except, the
Messenger window showed only the top 3/4 of the window. The rest was off
the bottom of the screen. Then I clicked tasks, Navigator. That opened a
window with the controls in the upper right corner all offscreen. Then I
opened preferences. That too opened with a large portion of the right
edge of the screen.
Why not have the migration find the coordinates of the migrated profiles
and use those to start? Why does this offscreen silliness survive so
long?
