installation help for 0.9.1

I downloaded version 0.9.1 of warpzilla, unzipped and ran
warpzfol.cmd from the .../bin directory.

I then double-clicked on the Warpzilla icon in the Desktop\Warpzilla
folder.

Got a sys2070 error about not being able to demand load the applications
segment.  Something about ...xpcom.  Wish I could write this
while the error popup was visible.

I have IBMWeb installed if that matters.
