I'm not sure if this is a known bug:
While running Mozilla 0.9.1 I encounter the following:
1. Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/home/today/
2. Weather defaults to London. Enter, say, Cardiff in box under weather
and when the five day forecast appears, select Cardiff as home town.
3. Go to any other web site and then return to
http://www.bbc.co.uk/home/today/
Cardiff will appear as home town for weather.
4. Close Mozilla
5. Relaunch Mozilla and go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/home/today/
The home town defaults to London.
